A very professional, polite and efficient doctor who took great care to explain everything to me. The operation went exactly as planned and I am now on my way to full recovery. From the start to the end of my treatment Mr Warner and his assistant were exceptional. Throughout all of my treatment the care and service I received was of the highest standard and gave me a great deal of confidence. Every element of my condition and treatment was explained fully and I was given ample opportunity to ask questions. It was absolute breath of fresh air to have been fortunate enough to have been treated at Beaumont by Mr Warner and all the associated staff that were involved in my treatment. I was fully satisfied with everything from my first visit. Appointments were quick. Operation went well,and I was looked after the whole day. Very pleased with Mr Warner and his team.

Mr Warner was excellent from start to finish always explaining to me what he was going to do and explaining that he thought surgery would give me some improve. On the day of surgery he came to see me and explain again what he was intending to do and asked me if I had any questions. He also came to see me after surgery to explain what he had done which I thought was a really nice thing to do I know how busy doctors are. I came back to see him after three months and there was some improvement he said he expected to see a bigger improvement within the next three months and I came back to see him six months after surgery and I am delighted to say I am almost pain free and he informed me that he expected to see a further improvement up to twelve months after surgery. I cannot thank Mr Warner enough for what he has done I am now able to do things I have been unable to do for quite a few years as this was me right shoulder and I am right handed. I found Mr Warner to be an excellent surgeon and kind and caring doctor and am very thankful I was referred to him

Mr Warner is always pleasant and professional, his assistant Jane is also very polite and pleasant. His surgery does over run sometimes but its not a problem.
